Colour Appointments
Allergy Alert Tests (AAT)
Whether you're a new guest, who hasn't had colour or a guest who hasn't had an Allergy Alert Test (AAT) for more than 6 months; then you will need to either do an AAT, at least 48 hours before your colour appointment; or purchase a Colourstart test from us, at least 1 week before your colour appointment. This is to ensure you do not have any negative reactions to the colour product. Please contact the salon before your appointment so they can organise this for you. If you don't take one before your appointment we unfortunately may have to reorganise to another date.
Finishing Services
All colour appointments must be accompanied by an additional finishing service. This can be a cut or blow dry appointment and has an additional charge.
Smoothing Services
All smoothing services require a consultation for first time bookings. Please contact your local salon to arrange prior to your smoothing appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
You can move or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel after this time or do not show up to your appointment then you will be charged 100% of the service amount..
